Enjoyable French comedy that thrives because so few words are spoken and creative and outrageous slapstick is put in its place. There is no plot (it goes right out and says that at the beginning) and the dated humor is not 100% funny, but "Mr. Hulot's Holiday" is a film that the entire family can enjoy. Little children in particular will get a kick out of it.
