A wonderful musical adaptation of Charles Dicken's novel. Oliver Twist, an orphan manages to escape from his workhouse and promptly sets off to London to make his fortune. There he finds the Artful Dodger who brings him to Fagin's flat, a criminal who provides a home and meals for homeless children in return for their services as a pickpocket. A joyous and perfect musical that will doubtlessly provide amiable entertainment for the entire family. Ron Moody's outstanding performance as Fagin and the ultra-expensive set is a plus! A must see.
